#AskTheExpert Hi doctor, Good morning my son is 1 month old and he vomited the whole top milk he drank. As production of breast milk is low so sometimes we are giving top milk as well to meet his needs. Thanks,

A. hi dear During your baby's first 3 months, breast milk or formula will provide all the nutrition needed. Doctors recommend waiting until your baby is about 6 months old to start solid foods.
