#AskTheExpert Hi doctor, can i use salt for my 7 month old baby?? Also can i start using dates inher solids ? Many said cerelac has lot of sugar and is not good for babies, i have made home ceralac for her woth all pulses rice.. is this a good option ? In stead od cerelac? Pls help

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy2 years agoA. Yes homemade stuffs are always healthy and safe when compared to cerelac that has so much of preservatives. Also you can use dates syrup while cooking
