Yes ofcourse you can start doing cardio exercises after 6 weeks of vaginal delivery only .
But don’t over exert yourself and also don’t do dieting if you are exclusively breast feeding

Are you have to wait till your baby turned six months old then only you should start doing all such things till the time we should not start doing any sort of exercise routine at all. Rather than this you can cut the calories intake and add more .fiber is your regular diet
