#asktheexpert hi doctor can i give sambar and chutney to my 9 month baby? also can you suggest some weight gaining food?baby eats rice,dosa,egg,carrot and banan but her weight is around 6.5 kg.

Sambhar chutney can be given to her in small quantity
Make sure the said are not very spicy
Give her more probiotics millets and citrus fruits
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
Don't use RO water as it's demineralized
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
