#AskTheExpert Hi doctor... can i feed date syrup to my 3 n hf old son mixing with milk?? he has habit of drinking milk before sleep

A. Hello mom yes you can mix dates to his milk it would be much better option than using refined white sugar as well .. initially add in small quantities as to Check how well he is accepting it
