8 AM-breakfast
11 AM-fruit bowl with honey and dry fruits powder
1 PM-lunch
4 PM-milkshake, vegetable salad or snacks
7 PM-dinner
In between this you can give liquids like coconut water, buttermilk, fresh fruit juice, milkshakes, vegetable soups. Try to give home-made fresh food until completion of three years which is good for good growth and immunity. Make your own timetable so that you can cover different type of pulses, veggies, fruits.Making timetable will also help us to maintain a proper timing.
