#AskTheExpert Hi doc My son is having 100.3 f fever in the night I have given calpol syrup and wet his body with wet cloth.after 40mins body temperature came to normal.he is not having food properly Please suggest remedy

A. you can continue to give paracetamol for two days and also nasal saline drops and steam inhalation and if it is not improving the condition then kindly meet your doctor
