#AskTheExpert Hi Doc, My daughter will complete 6 months in another 4 days, What shall we start feeding her?.. Do you have a diet chart that I can refer to?....Just to add, we don't want to give her pa ked food like cerelec or anything similar.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom that’s good that you would not prefer giving her packaged food it’s always recommended and best option is to give them home cooked fresh foods . Initially would suggest to start with some liquids for the baby and as the baby accepts it well enough you may gradually move to semi solids and mashed foods . Start with one time a day and then gradually increase the quantity, variety and number of meals . And alternate it with your feed .
