Now you can start giving semi solid foods like lentil puree, mashed banana, apple, carrot and pear puree, mixed vegetable soup, khichdi, ragi and sooji porridge, home made cerelac, etc. Start with 4-6 spoons per serving and twice a day. It will help in gaining weight slowly, but keep her well fed always.
