#asktheexpert. hi doc, my baby is 7 months old now. he's not crawling and not trying to sit.. whats remedy.? and also 7am milk, 9:30-10 am idly/nestum/ragi malt, 12noon fruit, 2pm lunch (rice with dal, moong, any vegetable) 4:30 any fruit, 5:30 or 6 pm powdered rice and cereals later milk follows... is that diet ok for him.?
