#AskTheExpert Hi Doc, I have twins of 3 months now. They were 32 weekers and their birth weight was 2 kg each. Both of my kids spit up milk alot. after every feed , if they intake 90 ml they'll at least spit up 10-15ml and they have alot of gastric issues. Right now they are both on breastfeed and formula feed.

A. Hi parents please avoid formula food please always feed your child in tilted position and keep in up ward position after every feed please give daily massage with Babyhug coconut oil please give daily sun light exposure
