#AskTheExpert hi Doc, I have questions 1Q. my baby cries for no reason, how to know the reason ? 2Q. I put lot of effort to prepare healthy and delicious food, but my daughter (1yr old) don't even taste, it's frustrating, what shall I do ?

please don't get panic about this matter it is natural process
please spend more time with your child and understand what he wants
please don't show aggressive behavior to your child
please don't force feed your child
please tell stories or sing songs during food time
please give easily digestible Food like curd rice khichdi vegetable soup upma daliya mashes etc
