Q.

#AskTheExpert Hi doc , i have delivered my baby on 14 Jan 22 through Ceserian . can I start working out now as I am gaining weight after delivery also Even though I am Breastfeeding him .

A. don't it would be too early.. after 6 month you may start you should concentrate on eating healthy food for the first three months instead of weight loss. Continue with breast feeding it helps you to lose weight.

A. Hello good morning !! It takes 5-6 months to recover from C section delivery. Don't worry, stress about weight gaining due to harmonal imbalance it happens. As you are Breastfeeding you will reduce weight by giving feed. Have balanced diet with calcium, iron foods,have more water avoid processed, packed, oily,junk, sugar in diet. If you are feeling fine to walk then walk for 10-15 minutes slowly (increase gradually 5 minutes,10,15) to control weight.
