#asktheexpert hi doc, I get milk clots frequently in my breast,it's pains like anything, and I got fever as well,can you please recommend some medicine

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician11 months agoA. Apply warm compress over the breast abd gently manually express the milk and massage in your armpits as well in clockwise abd anti-clockwise direction and if excessive pain then take paracetamol
