#AskTheExpert Hi Doc Good Morning. Shivika is now 2 years old but i think she has developed taste buds . she is not eating anything. we are forcefully feeding her with some fruits mash and daliya and all . she never ready to eat anything. can you please suggest something.?

allow the child to eat on her own a d explore the food.
offer food with different colors and texture.
offer small quantity of food after different intervals.
engage the child in stories while feeding.
encourage group feeding.
