#AskTheExpert hi doc, 30th week running, my face, neck, arm pits are getting too dark. Could you help pls? Also, i am unable to sleep at all every night, heart palpitations. Feels like heart beats are too high. Anxiety during nights.

Please consult gynaecologist and investigate thecause of the issue
Take sunbath dailY
Take nutritious diet including probiotics millets and citrus fruits
Don't use packaged and processed food, maida items, excess suagr and salt
Don't use RO water
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
