#asktheexpert hi.. could you please explain about the white patches or pigmentation in infants? is it normal? can we use candid cream? that was suggested by a pediatrician but I'm not using it as the white patches are near eyes.

A. If your pediatrics is suggesting you you can use it the white patches are mostly associated with dryness deficiency of calcium and sometimes it could be due to skin related issues as well so if you’ve already consulted the doctor I suggested to kindly follow the advice given bio Dr
