Prefer to keep your self phsycially active as well , very much helpful involve in some form of physcial excercise as well
You need to limit your over all carbohydrate intake, dont avoid but reduce the portion size
so say instead of 2 rotis have 1, rice,
avoid refined foods such as bakery foods, suagrs and processed foods,
You may also have more of fresh fruits , vegetables as well
Author of questionMom of a 8 yr old boy1 Year agoA. plz help with suitable menu.. he is 7 yr old boy. he was having health issues when he was 10 months old. delayed milestones, kidney working 50% but we followed ayurvedic treatment it covered in 1 yr.. he is fine now but pre diabetic and slow in study than his age . also his height is not upto mark
