Its Fine it is just a sign of Ajit developing in the body when there is too much of heat in the body certain times kids can have a News leading that’s very very common so if that happens at any point of time then you should just keep eyes on to the nose of your child and keep the head in a tilted position where the hair down and noses up facing the sky that is also helpful in controlling in and stopping it
