Fresh seasonal fruits vegetables, though two fruits that you have to avoid are papaya and pineapple throughout your pregnancy.
Any food in particular that causes heat needs to limited . Or avoided .
Also have enough liquids .
Have some dry fruits soaked in water . Have your dals and legumes , rice , roti , millets . Also very important in walking , meditation, prayers .
