#AskTheExpert hi .. am pregnant 20 week 3 days ... what I can eat... which good for me... after 9 year I got pregnant .. am too happy

A. Hello mam Congratulations..!!! Have regular foods and prefer home made healthy foods and avoid foods that have preservatives, artificial flavours etc . Fresh seasonal fruits vegetables, though two fruits that you have to avoid are papaya and pineapple throughout your pregnancy. Any food in particular that causes heat needs to limited . Or avoided . Also have enough liquids . Have some dry fruits soaked in water . Have your dals and legumes , rice , roti , millets . Also very important in walking , meditation, prayers . All the best
