#asktheexpert hi am a mother of 6 year 10 months boy. I want to plan for another baby but I’m afraid coz I have high bp issues. Can I still conceive??

Just maintain a healthy lifestyle and have regular. Follow-up about your BP with your treating doctor.
Regular daily walking and meditation is very beneficial to maintain blood pressure

You can conceive it is not a problem but what all do you need to take you to regularise your BP that all would be suggested by the doctor so before you go for conception take every thing into consideration it is any medication or any other exercises that the doctor advises go for that prior to your conception
