Q.

#Asktheexpert Hi.. after 6 months can we completely stop breast milk and start solid food along with formula feed... because I have to leave my baby with her grandma and go to college to another city for a 1 yr. I can visit her only twice a month

A. I understand but remember breastmilk is beneficial to your baby. Before you leave to work n get back home you can give your kid breastmilk else you can also store breastmilk and feed breastmilk can be well stored In room temperature for 4-6 hours. But it's good to consume within 4 hours. That's safe. If you have no option then you ca' give semisolids n formula.
