Dr Raksha guptaMom of a 9 yr 8 m old boy3 years agoA. speech is very important milestone every parent wait for it desparately, child starts talking about 3 years of age in sentences, at 1 year of age child speaks 3 to 5 meaningful words ,if not so please consult physically with ent specialist
