Q.

#AskTheExpert hey every time I get my periods , I always take pain killer mental spas , otherwise I could not bare the cramps pain ! Is it ok to take tablet everyone or any other alternative??

A. How many tablets are you taking? If it is a single tablet then it’s all right and the other ways of reducing the pain are using a heating pad which may not work for people who have severe dysmenorrheaWrite Your Answer Here

A. in your case a medical examination is required for proper diagnosis and treatment. difficult to telll without examination whether it is normal or not. advisable to remain in contact with your doctor for proper guidance and treatment
