#AskTheExpert hey doctor, my daughter is constipated. we give her all the fibre.but still it is not getting better.

A. Hi keep monitoring make sure you give fiber rich foods give your kid lukewarm water every morning and it's good to give warm water throughout the day. Include a banana everyday. Also you can soak raisins in water over night and can filter can water alone. This is also quite effective.
