A. I had similar problem with my daughter, she could sit without support for long if we made her to, but she couldn't go from lying to sitting by herself. I would suggest that you show him a colourful and attractive toy which he likes and place it at a short distance from him. it can make him want to grab it and as a result he'll try to roll over. We need to be patient with it.

A. That is not a problem at this age sitting without support and crawling in children may sometimes come after one year of age also. if the growth of the child is proper no need to worry. just take care of regular diet and baby massage which will help in strengthening the muscles needed for sitting and crawling. in some cases crawling may be absent in children and directly the child will begin to stand with support and later walk with support and then without support. take a medical check up done to confirm if there is need of any intervention. Thanks and take care
