#asktheexpert helo doctor ,my daughter is 3 years 8 months old and she doesn't eat normal food she always prefers very less spicy food ..and also she is not gaining weight ..should i worry about this ?

A. There is no problem if your child like to have less spicy food that’s a complete choice of your child so you can give less spicy food but when it comes to food all of the food should be included that’s been traditionally made out at our home still if you are facing problem with your child not eating that kind of a food also then you can try to switch to little bit of fancy looking food like the home-made food should be served in a fancy manner like Roti sabji you can make a Frankie or a roll out of it so try to radiate your food this way like the presentation could be much better for the child
