#asktheexpert hellow sir , my baby is completed his 6 month and he is weighing about 6.2 kg .his birth weight is 4 kg .. generally he is very active but I am worried about his weight.

A. dear Mum, weight gain has been low. for healthy weight gain, you can give foods like porridges (like rice, Ragi, wheat flour , moong dal and rice flour mix) , kheer then dal-rice with vegetables, veg khichadi, soft mashed fruits, curd. Add ghee to baby's food. give 2 to 3 meals in a day and up to half katori every time.
