Q.

#asktheexpert hellow mam...my child is not sleeping after feeding.if he sleep after 1 hour he awake.my doubt is my brest milk enough for him or not.and how to increase my brest milk.my brest filled with milk very late.

A. Please check the milk quality and quantity which you are offering to the child. During breast feeding initial five minutes feeding is more watery, later with good guality of breast milk will be there. Hence please drain initial five minutes of breast milk and then start feeding to the baby.
