RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. See by the time of birth if the child is about 3 KG or more than that then this ideally good so there is no fixed amount of weight that a child can have at a particular time but if your child is about 2 1/half to 3 kilograms as of now that’s very good
