#asktheexpert Hello the experties.... I'm a mother of a daughter who is 2 yr 4 month old... I want to ask about the health of my daughter. She is very weak but she is active in all the way.. for her health what to do, what i add in her diet that is pure vegetarian ..

A. Dear parent, for healthy growth of your 2 years 4 months old baby girl, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Give 5 to 6 meals a day. Around 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Add dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts, raisins, dates to baby’s diet. Add ghee to baby’s food. Give variety of grains, cereal, pulses and legumes.
