#AskTheExpert ..Hello sir....we have twins of two months . we are giving them Nan pro 1 cause my wife isn't able to feed them breast milk due to lack of it . so is it sufficient for their mental and physical health and for their growth...? can we feed them with cow milk.....plz help us

A. the thing is that at this age you can go for any type of milk for the child and it can be either formula milk or packet milk or powder milk or animal milk that is either buffalo milk or cow's milk for your child. initially you will have to offer outside milk in small quantity and if the cfhild is tolerating that amount then gradually you can increase the quantity of milk but if the child is not tolerating then kindly change the type of milk you are giving
