Q.

#asktheexpert Hello sir.. now its my 36th week.. baby is now in vertical position.. i m feeling little pain in my pelvic area.. can u tell when will be my delivery ?

A. For normal delivery You should remain active during your pregnancy and have regular daily walking once you reach 38 weeks you can start doing squats , but with someone's support. Also 1st have proper Consultation with your doctor. if you feel vaginal pain you should once get proper examination done by your doctor

A. No we cannot tell you when is your delivery going to happen this way things cannot be clear if your child is in vertically position if you’re having pain that airily does not mean that you are into your labour so I really cannot tell you when is your delivery going to happen or Dr only is going to tell you that
