#AskTheExpert# Hello sir my son usually complains of pain in the upper part of one of his foot. Either its during night or when he gets up in the morning. It happens once or twice in a month. I have observed that he has this problem whenever he is having sinus congestion and he's under the treatment of antibiotics.
