Q.

#AskTheExpert . Hello sir. my son is 4 years old and 6 months back he had blood infection saying that e.coli bacteria is there in his blood and he went through IV antibiotic treatment.. again now he had fever and doctor has asked us to go for blood, urine tests and blood culture.. the blood tests reports have come and his CRP is 15 and ESR is 45.. is there any chance that he may get the blood infection back?

A. Yes CRP and ESR both are high which shows infection in the body so you must consult our doctor and get the reports checked for proper line of treatment take care

A. But 6 months back only he had blood infection and he went through antibiotic treatment for 10 days.. I just wanted to know that the blood infection can reoccur again..we have been taking all kind of measures to make him healthy.. we completely stopped outside food amd everything is home made but still we doesnt understand why he is going through all this.. Is it safe to use antibiotics more often..
