A. it is in diagnosis of allergic cough cold . here the child will have regular cough and cold which is usually not associated with fever . it increases and decreases but does not get cured completely. dr will give anti allergic medicine usually motelukast / levocetirizine. if its still not improving the next line of treatment will be inhaler therapyz with mdi / nebulizer. allergy can be environmental (temperature variation -hot to cold weather/ cold water intake / dust / smoke / pollens) , food , chocolate / packet preservatives food and sweet food also. body cannotz sustain such allergic changes leading to cough cold usually at evening /night and morning.

A. You should nebulise the child that is what is going to be helpful during this situation yet if you do not see things are helping out or working out for the child and I think you should get an allergy test done for your child after consulting the doctor
