A. hi it might happen because of dry skin , allergy to something like fabric food or cosmetics ,heat or sweating or Infection so ,I advise to apply coconut oil or pure aloe vera gel on this choose Cotton clothes for your child. keep your child in well vantileted room skip suspected cosmetics.
