#AskTheExpert Hello sir my son 23m old some time very recently blood in stool noticed and he drinks around or more than 1 litre cow /packaged milk a day, refuse to eat. please any suggestions thank you

A. Hello, Anal fissures usually are caused by passage of a large or hard stool. This is the cause in 90% of children with blood in the stools. Strep Skin Infection. A Strep skin infection around the anus can also cause blood-streaked stools
