#AskTheExpert hello sir my new born is not getting mother milk properly due to low production. i have tried many ways to increase the supply but still it is not enough for her. now i have shifted to top feed. please suggest what to do she has also not gained weight

Drink plenty of water in a day to increase bm. Do not take any stress as this also reduces milk supply.
The more u feed the more milk production will be there.. Make sure that ur baby latches properly.
Milk will start coming.
If u have started with the top feed then also no need to worry.. But side by side make ur baby suck nipples for the milk to come.
