Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. this may be due to any infection .Should give o r s to baby and avoid milk for 3 to 4 days to prevent any dehydration . . .zinc drop can also be given 1 m l daily for some days .
