#AskTheExpert Hello Sir,my name is Amala and 27 years old and I am having one year old baby. But still my belly button is not going in and it is popping out.Could you please suggest why it is still popping out.And my belly is still looking like 8 months pregnant.

please consult some surgeon for proper examination and start treatment as advised.
eat protein rich diet.
do some exercise or yoga daily.
drink lukewarm water

As ur baby is one year and the belly button has still not gone inside then it seems that u have postpartum hernia. Consult with your gynaecologist as she will guide you better in this situation after the proper evaluation.
