#AskTheExpert hello sir, My delivery has been 8 months. But I have not yet had a period due to which my weight is increasing.When the period starts, then my weight will decrease?

Sometimes periods doesn’t get resumed even after one year of delivery. This is all because of hormonal changes in body after delivery. So you should not worry about it at all. You can start taking ajwain water every night before you go to sleep and even in the morning. It will help to Get periods early.
