Dear Mother apply mustard oil over this let it stay for a while and then sprinkle Baby powder or any prickly heat powder over this area within few days it will get a fine also keep your child in hygiene condition wash the area with the Dettol water or some anti septic liquid and then follow oil and sprinkle of the powder
