you can apply breast milk over baby's Face ..
and wipe with clean cloth.

Use any baby products which is chemicals free additives free and parabean free
Mamaearth Himalaya JHONSON Sabamed are some good brand
Take a good care of your baby
Burp well after every feeding
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
