ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician3 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 4 months old and he has not passed stool since last 4 days then you need not worry about it and then just give him enough breast milk feeding

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. it is totally normal for small children less than 6 months of age not to pass stool for 10 days also.
it is also normal if they are passing stool more than 6 or 7 times per day.
if the consistency of the stool is Semi solid t7o solid there is no need to worry about the frequency as well as the colour (the colour tcan range from yellow brown green to black) of the stool.
also straining while passing urine and stool is normal.
Do burping for 15 to 20 minutes
