.You can boil or steam both..but better to steam..Steaming keeps more of the nutrients in.
steam the food in a little bit of water just until soft enough to puree. Also, use the water the food is cooked in if necessary during pureeing. This is important because a lot of vitamins and nutrients seep out into the water while cooking.
SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 1 m old girl3 years agoA. You need to boil until a year. you may give fruits like apple, banana, avocado chicko, pear, veggies like carrot Potato, beetroot, sweet potato brocoli, bottle gourd all these are healthy. Include a veggie and fruit in everyday diet.
