#AskTheExpert Hello sir my baby is 3 months old and i breastfeed my baby. Can I have Aloe Vera and Amla juice? And in what quantity it will be beneficial for me to consume them.

shreya goelMom of a 7 yr 7 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello mom Yes you can have it is totally safe to consume it while being a lactating mother. Rather than this you have to maintain a proper diet because baby’s overall growth depends on Mother is diet . Baby should be totally on mother’s milk and there is no need to give anything else to 6 months
