#AskTheExpert Hello Sir My baby is 23 months old, he is having his teeth properly but he has missed his upper lateral incisors and lower front incisors, by which his teeth looks so apart. What should be done for this situation? How will he get his missing teeth and why this type of situation occurred?

A. if the teeth are missing you can not di anything for that at this moment. visit a dentist for a routine dental check up which is mandatory by the child's first birthday
