AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom This can be due to diapers. Apply coconut oil on the bums. This will to even the skin tone.. Apply it daily for best results. U can buy #Babyhug anti rash diapers that are soft on skin and absorbs good amount of urine and keeps the baby dry preventing rashes
