#asktheexpert Hello, sir mera ceaser hua th 4saal phle aur tabse bhtt hairfall horahi hai, jaw line py pimples b kaafi horahe hai, skin b dark hogai hai.. Mjhe thyroid b hai pregnancy se phle 50gm medicine thyroid k le rahi th and ab pregnancy k baad se 125mg kha rahi hun and weight b kaam nahi horaha hai.. Plzz kuch smjhnahi aaraha hai prblm kya hai kuch suggest krye plzz...

A. aap thorough chk up krwaae ...then follow the doctor take diet chart from nutritionist.. start with yoga exercises.. keep urself well hydrated.. tk care
